All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.(ISBN: 979-8-3195-0714-3) All conference proceedings paper must be at least 4 pages.
